Recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in Aldeburgh with a breathtaking view from our balcony. The location was great, with a sea view and balcony, and easy access to fish shacks on the beach and local shops on High St. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the hotel was very quiet, making for a peaceful stay. We also enjoyed the great walks in the area, adding to our overall positive experience.
Can recommend this hotel.

A much-needed getaway to a charming place with a perfect location. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and well-maintained condition of York House. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring.
The one downside we encountered was the lack of suitable lighting in the back alley, making it a bit challenging to navigate until the automatic lights turned on. Additionally, the stairs may pose difficulties for individuals with knee problems.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at York House. The self-catering setup allowed us to feel right at home. The cleanliness of the place was exceptional, and the comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. The balcony was a delightful spot to unwind and take in the rooftop views.
We would have expected the cleaning staff to report this and have it fixed before our arrival. Additionally, the washer was not working, and the promised clean deck chairs never arrived, which prevented us from fully enjoying the outdoor space.

I recently stayed at a beautiful, spacious, and well-kept property in a great location. The description didn't do it justice! I was pleasantly surprised by the size and layout of the property, which was spread over two floors with its own entrance. The beds were extremely comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. Additionally, the property had a dishwasher, which wasn't mentioned in the facilities list. The sea view from the balcony was breathtaking, and I enjoyed spending time there. The location was also convenient, with easy access to the beach and local shops. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property.

We had a great time exploring the local area. The hotel was in a central location, close to shops, the beach, and other scenic landmarks. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The apartment was well-furnished and clean, making us feel at home. The free WiFi and high-quality TV were an added bonus, even though we didn't use them much.
The layout of the hotel was a bit inconvenient, with constant trips up and down stairs. Additionally, there was a lack of storage space in the principal bedroom, which was a bit inconvenient.

For the price we paid, we got great value and a cozy room with comfortable beds. The location was ideal, with a sea view and easy access to the beach and local shops. The staff treated us well and we enjoyed peaceful walks in the area.
Hotel breakfast could be improved with a greater variety of toiletries provided, as we only found a small bar of cheap soap in the room.

Free WiFi was great, I loved scrolling through social media while enjoying the "sea view" from the tiny balcony. Towels were generously provided, so at least I didn't have to bring my own.
Just loved having insufficient storage space and having to climb up and down stairs constantly. So much fun.
